Shipping and Delivery
DELIVERY TIME:
Shipments of orders placed from Monday to Friday are made within 48 to 72 hours (excluding holidays).
For orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. and during the weekend, the period begins to run from Monday.
The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days in Portugal from dispatch.
It is 5-15 days to the rest of the world.
SHIPPING TIME – PRE-SALE AND PRE-ORDER PERIOD:
Orders placed during a pre-sale or pre-order period begin to be processed one week after the end date of the sale period.
Orders placed during a pre-sale or pre-order period are shipped two weeks after the end date of this period.
The duration and end date of each pre-sale or pre-order period is indicated on our site and social media networks at the time of the launch of each operation.
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO:
We ship worldwide from Portugal or France.
SHIPPING COSTS:
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 50€. For orders below 50€ shipping costs depends on the products ordered and it will be clearly indicated before payment.
TRACKING
We provide insured shipping with tracking number for all orders. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking details may take 3-4 days to update.
COSTUMS AND TAXES
We do not charge tax on orders (unless those applicable in France and EU) and our prices don’t include any kind of costum taxes.
As a result, you may be charged applicable taxes and duties by your home country upon delivery.
Please notice we are not responsible for any local taxes that may apply in your country. Please check this subject BEFORE placing an order in our shop.
Starting Jan 1st 2021, customers in the United Kingdom will be responsible for their own country's taxes/duties upon delivery.
