Return Policy

We hope you will love your new The Wanderers’ Collection items and will be 100% happy with your purchase.

Nevertheless we understand that you can change your mind, so here’s our Return Policy.

 

PERIOD OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 consecutive days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must write to us notifying your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration within 14 days by email to

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

SENDING THE RETURNED PRODUCT

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

No return will be accepted or refunded without prior communication in accordance with article 1 – Right and deadlines for withdrawal of this “Return and refund policy”.

All returns should be sent to the address that will be communicated to you in answer to your withdrawal demand.

 

CONDITION OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT

The products must be in their original condition and perfectly complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be resold right away.

Damaged, stained, or incomplete Products are not taken back and will not be subject to reimbursement. They may be returned to the Customer. In this case the shipping costs will be the total responsibility of the said Customer.

The return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer in full.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

 

REFUND

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

We don’t refund delivery costs.

The refund can only be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will automatically replace it with a new copy of the same product.

If you wish to change the product, you are required to inform us of your request by means of an unambiguous statement at the time of notification of the defect or damage.

Exchanges for any other reason will be handled on a case-by-case basis, within the limit of existing stocks.
